Privacy statement

This website collects as little data as possible.

Visitors

This website uses no cookies. We count visits and clicks with a statistics tool (OpenPanel) that runs on the seller's own server. It uses your IP address, your browser type and the pages you visit, only to see how the page is used. The web server keeps technical logs, including your IP address. These are kept for at most 14 days to detect faults and abuse.

Requests

If you request the payment details or a Tikkie for necu.nl, the seller stores your email address, the language of the page and the time. The seller uses these to send you the payment details and, after your payment, the transfer code.

If your request does not lead to a sale, your email address is deleted no later than three months after the request is closed.

Buyers

If you pay with a Tikkie or a bank transfer, the seller sees your name, your account number and the amount in their banking or Tikkie app. The website does not store your account number. Your name and email address are kept to handle the sale: the purchase confirmation, the transfer code and, if needed, a refund.

This data is kept for 2 years after the sale and then deleted. The seller's bank and Tikkie are themselves responsible for the data they process.

Your rights

You can ask which data is stored about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do so, reply to one of the emails you received from the seller. If you disagree with how your data is used, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
